Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie

This is our second most important product and our business card abroad. We harvest Pinot Grigio grapes from our estate and from long-standing suppliers in the province of Treviso, Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The grapes undergo traditional white wine vinification with gentle pressing, must clarification by flotation, and fermentation at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18 °C. It is our main wine exported abroad, primarily to Europe, the UK and the USA.
We also purchase raw wine from selected suppliers in the region.
