Chardonnay Trevenezie IGT and Veneto IGT
Although most of the Chardonnay in the area is produced for blending into Prosecco DOC, we also produce the still wine version as Chardonnay Trevenezie IGT and Veneto IGT. The grapes come from our estate and from long-standing suppliers in the Veneto and Friuli regions. The Chardonnay wines also undergo traditional white wine vinification with gentle pressing, must clarification by flotation, and fermentation at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18 °C.
For this product too, we can supply the raw product on fine lees or the bottle-ready product according to the client’s requirements and specifications
We also purchase raw wine from selected suppliers in the region.
With the experience gained from processing Prosecco grapes and wines, we are also able to produce and supply Chardonnay as a sparkling base wine for subsequent secondary fermentation.
