Ribolla Gialla Venezia Giulia IGT
We oversee the entire production chain for this wine from grape to finished product. Most of the grapes are produced by our estate based in Porcia in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and we harvest additional grapes from long-standing suppliers in the Friuli region. The grapes undergo traditional white wine vinification with gentle pressing, must clarification by flotation, and fermentation at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18 °C.
We also purchase raw wine from selected suppliers in the region.
With the experience gained from processing Prosecco grapes and wines, we also produce Ribolla Gialla as a sparkling base wine for subsequent secondary fermentation.
We also produce the still version, which we can supply according to the client’s requirements and specifications
